Results and case studies

What the problem was, what we changed, and what happened afterwards. Each case study sets out the method so you can judge the work, not just the headline number.

Case study in depth

Elite Dental Partners: rebuilding local authority

For high-value providers such as dental surgeons, trust is the deciding factor. Elite Dental Partners had more than twenty years of experience and was close to invisible in the local pack for dental implants.

Challenge

Inaccurate listings and no review strategy

The Google Business Profile carried inconsistent name, address and phone details, and there was no structured approach to reviews. Less experienced competitors were outranking the practice on the strength of better technical optimisation.

Strategy and implementation

Three workstreams

“We went from wondering why our phones weren't ringing to hiring two new front-desk assistants just to handle the intake. SBGeeks treated our local presence like a high-stakes engineering project.”
Dr. Marcus Thorne
Founder, Elite Dental Partners

How results are measured

Where the numbers come from

A result is only useful if you know how it was counted. These are the sources behind our reporting.

Google Business Profile

Calls, direction requests, website clicks and profile views, taken from the profile's own performance data.

Search Console

Impressions, clicks and average position for the queries and pages that matter.

Analytics and call tracking

Form submissions, tracked calls and sales attributed to their source.

Rank tracking

Map and organic positions checked across the service area, not from a single point.

Results depend on the market, the starting point and the competition. The outcomes shown here are specific to those clients and are not a forecast for any other business.
