Make your tools talk to each other

Your business runs on a stack of tools that mostly ignore each other, so people move data between them by hand. We build the integrations — custom or off-the-shelf — that connect them, so information flows automatically and everything stays in sync.

API integration is connecting separate software systems through their APIs so they share data and trigger actions automatically, instead of a person copying information between them. SBGeeks builds API integrations and custom middleware for US businesses — linking CRMs, websites, payments, accounting, phone systems and more — so data flows one way: forward.

The average business runs on a dozen tools — a CRM, a website, a payment processor, accounting software, a phone system, email, a calendar — and most of them were never designed to talk to each other. So a person becomes the integration: copying a new customer into three systems, reconciling payments by hand, re-keying orders into accounting. It is slow, it is error-prone, and it quietly caps how much the business can handle.

API integration removes that person-in-the-middle. When two systems are connected through their APIs, an event in one automatically does the right thing in the others — a new order creates the invoice, a paid invoice updates the CRM, a booking blocks the calendar — in real time, with no manual step. When tools do not offer a ready-made connection, we build custom middleware that bridges them.

We map where your data gets stuck, build the integrations with the right approach (off-the-shelf connectors where they fit, custom code where they do not), handle the awkward parts — authentication, rate limits, error handling, retries — and maintain it so it keeps working as the tools change. You get one connected system instead of a dozen islands.

Sound familiar?

The costly, manual problems we remove.

  • Staff re-enter the same data into several systems that do not share it.
  • Your tools have no ready-made connection, so nothing flows between them automatically.
  • Payments, orders or bookings have to be reconciled by hand.
  • A past integration broke when an API changed and nobody maintains it.
  • You have an API or data source you need connected but no one to build it.

How we build your integrations

A clear, done-for-you path from first call to live.

1

Map the data flow

We map which systems hold what, where data gets stuck, and what should flow automatically.

2

Design

We design the integration — triggers, data mapping, error handling — and agree it with you.

3

Build & connect

We build it with the right approach and connect your systems, testing against real data.

4

Monitor & maintain

We add monitoring and alerts and maintain it as the connected tools change.

What we connect and build

Everything delivered and implemented for you.

System-to-system sync

Two-way sync so a change in one tool is reflected in the others automatically.

Custom middleware

When tools have no ready-made connector, we build the bridge that joins them.

Payments & accounting

Payments, invoices and orders flowing cleanly into your accounting with no re-keying.

Webhooks & real-time

Real-time triggers so actions fire the moment something happens, not on a nightly batch.

Auth & reliability

Authentication, rate limits, retries and error handling done properly so it stays reliable.

Monitoring & alerts

You are alerted if an integration fails, so it is fixed before it causes a problem.

What we integrate

We use the right stack for the job — and own it to you.

Integrations we build most

How US businesses put this to work.

Website to CRM

Every form, call and chat on your site flowing straight into your CRM and follow-up.

Payments to accounting

Stripe, PayPal and card payments reconciled into QuickBooks or Xero automatically.

CRM to everything

Your CRM kept in sync with phone, calendar, email and marketing tools.

Ecommerce to back office

Orders, inventory and customers synced between your store, fulfilment and accounting.

Legacy & custom systems

Bridging an old or in-house system to modern tools via custom middleware.

Data warehouses & reporting

Pulling data from every tool into one place for unified reporting.

Pricing

Transparent, project-based. No lock-in, you own what we build.

We quote per project after mapping the data flow, because a single off-the-shelf connector and a custom middleware bridge are very different jobs. We can also maintain your integrations ongoing. You own the integrations and your data. <strong>Book a free strategy call</strong> for a custom quote.

Frequently asked questions

What is an API integration?
It is connecting two software systems through their APIs so they share data and trigger actions automatically — a new order creating an invoice, a payment updating the CRM — instead of a person copying data between them.
Can you connect tools that do not have a ready-made integration?
Yes. When there is no off-the-shelf connector, we build custom middleware that bridges the systems through their APIs or other available methods.
Do I need custom code, or will Zapier do it?
It depends. For straightforward connections between popular tools, a platform like Zapier or Make is often enough and cheaper. For complex logic, high volume, or systems those platforms do not support, custom code is more reliable. We recommend the right approach for each case.
What happens when an API changes and breaks the integration?
We build in monitoring and alerts so breakages are caught immediately, and with a maintenance arrangement we fix them before they affect your business.
Is my data secure during integration?
Yes. We use proper authentication, encrypted connections and least-privilege access, and we never move more data than the integration needs.
Do we own the integration?
Yes — you own the integration and the data, with no lock-in.
