Get your CRM set up right — and actually used

A CRM only pays off if it is set up around how you work and your team adopts it. We implement HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho or Pipedrive end to end — customised, migrated, automated, integrated and trained — so it earns its subscription instead of sitting empty.

CRM implementation is setting up and configuring an existing CRM platform around a business's workflow — customising the pipeline and fields, migrating data, building automations, connecting other tools and training the team — so it is actually used and delivers value. SBGeeks implements HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Pipedrive and others for US businesses.

Most CRM projects fail not because the software is bad, but because it was switched on and left generic. The pipeline does not match how the business sells, half the fields are irrelevant, data was dumped in messily, nothing is automated, and the team quietly goes back to spreadsheets. The subscription keeps renewing while the CRM does nothing.

A proper implementation is the difference. We configure the platform around your actual process — your stages, your fields, your automations — migrate and clean your existing data, connect your phone, calendar, website and accounting, and train your team so they adopt it. The CRM becomes the single source of truth it was supposed to be.

We work with the major platforms and will recommend the right one for you if you have not chosen yet — or, when an off-the-shelf CRM genuinely will not fit, tell you honestly that a custom build is the better call.

Sound familiar?

The costly, manual problems we remove.

 • You pay for a CRM but it is generic, half-empty, and nobody really uses it.
 • The pipeline and fields do not match how your business actually works.
 • Your data is messy, duplicated, or still stuck in spreadsheets.
 • The CRM does not talk to your phone, calendar, website or accounting.
 • Nothing is automated, so the CRM creates admin instead of removing it.

How we implement your CRM

A clear, done-for-you path from first call to live.

1

We set up the pipeline, fields and permissions, and migrate and de-duplicate your data.

3

Automate & integrate

We build the automations and connect your phone, calendar, website, email and accounting.

4

Train & support

We train your team, launch it, and support and refine it so adoption sticks.

When implementation is the answer

How US businesses put this to work.

New CRM rollout

Standing up a CRM properly from day one so it is adopted, not abandoned.

Rescue a failed setup

Fixing a CRM that was switched on generic and never used, so it finally earns its keep.

Migration between CRMs

Moving cleanly from one platform or spreadsheets to another without losing data or history.

Automation layer

Adding the follow-ups, routing and integrations a basic setup is missing.

Agencies on GoHighLevel

Configuring and automating GHL sub-accounts properly for client work.

Teams scaling up

Re-configuring a CRM that worked for 2 people to work for a growing team.

Pricing

Transparent, project-based. No lock-in, you own what we build.

We quote per project after an audit, because a clean new rollout and a full migration-plus-automation are very different jobs. We can also support you ongoing. The CRM subscription is paid to the platform; our fee is the implementation. Book a free strategy call for a custom quote.

Frequently asked questions

Which CRM should we use?
It depends on your business — HubSpot and Pipedrive for straightforward sales teams, GoHighLevel for agencies and marketing-heavy workflows, Zoho for value and flexibility. We will recommend based on your needs, or work with the one you already have. If none fits, we will tell you honestly that a custom CRM is the better option.
Implementation vs a custom CRM — what's the difference?
Implementation configures an existing platform around you; a custom CRM is software we build from scratch. Implementation is faster and cheaper and right when a platform fits your workflow closely. Custom wins when your process is unusual or per-seat fees get expensive. We do both and advise honestly.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. Migrating and cleaning your contacts and history from spreadsheets or another CRM is a core part of the work.
Will you train our team?
Yes. Adoption is where most CRM projects fail, so hands-on training and documentation are included.
Can you connect it to our other tools?
Yes — phone, calendar, website, email, accounting and more, so data flows into the CRM automatically.
Do we keep access and ownership?
Yes. It is your CRM account and data — we configure it for you and can hand over full control.
