AI Automation

AI automation that runs your busywork for you

We find the repetitive, manual work slowing your team down, then design, build and run the automations and AI agents that handle it — leads, follow-ups, scheduling, data entry, reporting and more. Fully implemented, in any industry.

AI automation is the done-for-you practice of using AI and software to handle repetitive business tasks — capturing and qualifying leads, replying and following up, booking jobs, moving data between tools, and generating reports — so your team spends time on work that actually needs a human. SBGeeks plans it, builds it, and runs it for US businesses.

Most small and growing businesses lose hours every day to work that software could do: re-typing a lead into a CRM, chasing quotes, sending appointment reminders, copying numbers into a spreadsheet, answering the same questions. None of it grows the business — but all of it has to happen. Automation is simply handing that work to systems that never forget and never sleep.

The difference with AI automation is judgement. Older automation could only follow rigid rules. AI agents can read a message, understand intent, qualify a lead, draft a reply, summarise a call, or decide the next step — so you can automate work that used to need a person. We combine both: reliable workflow automation for the plumbing, and AI where judgement is needed.

We are not a tool you have to learn. We map your process, build the automation around how you already work, connect it to the tools you already use, and maintain it. You see the results — more captured leads, faster follow-up, fewer dropped balls — without managing any of it.

Sound familiar?

The costly, manual problems we remove.

 • Leads come in from the website, calls, forms and ads — and some never make it into a follow-up.
 • You answer the same questions and send the same quotes and reminders by hand, every day.
 • Data lives in five different tools that do not talk to each other, so nothing is ever in one place.
 • Follow-up is slow or inconsistent, so warm leads go cold and reviews never get requested.
 • You want to grow, but growth means hiring for admin work instead of revenue work.

We monitor, maintain and refine it as your business changes — you get the results, we handle the system.

What AI automation looks like in your industry

How US businesses put this to work.

Home services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing)

Missed-call text-back, instant quote follow-up, job scheduling, crew dispatch and automatic review requests after every job.

Clinics & practices (dental, medical)

AI receptionist that books and reminds patients, intake automation, recall campaigns and insurance-question deflection.

Professional services (law, accounting)

Lead intake and qualification, document collection, consultation scheduling and automated status updates to clients.

Restaurants & local retail

Reservation and order capture, review generation, loyalty follow-ups and social/content scheduling.

Agencies & B2B

Lead routing, proposal follow-up, onboarding workflows, reporting dashboards and client portals.

Any business drowning in admin

If a task is repetitive and rule-based — or needs a quick, consistent judgement — it can usually be automated.

Pricing

Transparent, project-based. No lock-in, you own what we build.

Every business is different, so we scope and quote per project rather than selling a one-size package. Most engagements start with a paid audit and a focused first automation (often lead capture + instant follow-up), then expand as it proves its value. You own the automations and your data, there is no lock-in, and we are happy to start small and grow. Book a free strategy call and we will map what to automate first and give you a clear, custom quote.

Frequently asked questions

What is AI automation and how is it different from normal automation?
Normal automation follows fixed rules ("when X happens, do Y"). AI automation adds judgement — an AI agent can read a message, understand what a customer wants, qualify a lead, draft a reply or summarise a call. We combine both: rule-based workflows for reliability, and AI where a decision is needed.
How much does AI automation cost?
It depends on what you automate. We quote per project after a short audit, usually starting with one high-value automation and expanding from there. There is no fixed package price because a one-automation setup and a full back-office build are very different jobs — book a call for a custom quote.
Which parts of my business should I automate first?
Almost always: capturing every lead and following up instantly (speed-to-lead), then booking/reminders and reviews. These have the fastest, clearest payback. We prioritise by value and effort in the audit.
Do I have to change the tools I already use?
No. We build around your existing CRM, calendar, phone and website wherever possible and connect them. If a tool is genuinely holding you back we will say so, but we will not force a migration you do not need.
Will automation replace my staff?
It replaces the repetitive work, not your people. The goal is to let your team stop doing data entry and chasing, and spend time on customers and revenue — so you can grow without hiring purely for admin.
How long does it take to go live?
A focused first automation can often be live in 1–3 weeks. Larger, multi-system builds take longer. We show you the plan and timeline before any build starts.
Do I own the automations you build?
Yes. You own the automations, the accounts and your data. We build it for you and can hand everything over — there is no lock-in.
