Google Ads management built around cost per enquiry

Paid search puts you in front of people at the moment they are looking. We structure, track and tune campaigns so the spend goes on searches that become customers.

  • Conversion tracking set up before budget is spent
  • Search, Performance Max, remarketing and YouTube
  • Landing pages reviewed alongside the ads
  • You own the account and the data

What is Google Ads management?

Google Ads management is the ongoing work of planning, building, tracking and optimising paid campaigns on Google Search, Maps, YouTube and partner sites. It covers keyword and audience selection, ad copy, bidding, budgets, conversion tracking and the landing pages the ads send people to.

Pay-per-click advertising is simple to start and easy to waste money on. The common failures are familiar: broad keywords matching irrelevant searches, no negative keyword list, conversions that are not tracked or are tracked wrongly, and ads that send every click to the homepage. Each one raises the cost of a lead without anyone noticing.

Management is mostly the discipline of removing that waste and feeding the bidding system accurate conversion data. It works best next to conversion rate optimization, since a better landing page lowers the cost of every lead, and next to SEO, which reduces how much you depend on paying for each click.

Signs you need it

Spend is rising and leads are not

Cost per click has crept up and the account keeps spending, but enquiries have not followed.

You cannot tell which ads produce customers

Conversion tracking is missing, double-counting, or recording page views as leads.

Clicks come from irrelevant searches

The search terms report is full of queries for jobs, free advice, or services you do not offer.

Performance Max is a black box

Budget has moved into automated campaigns and nobody can say what it is being spent on.

What the service covers

Search ads

Campaigns built around tightly themed ad groups, considered match types and a maintained negative keyword list, with ad copy that matches the search.

Performance Max

Asset groups, audience signals and feed quality set up properly, with brand exclusions and reporting that shows where the budget went.

Display and remarketing

Ads shown to people who visited and did not enquire, with frequency caps and exclusions so they are useful rather than irritating.

YouTube ads

Video campaigns for awareness and remarketing, measured on views that lead to site visits and conversions.

Conversion tracking

Forms, calls, bookings and purchases tracked through GA4 and Google Ads, with offline conversion import where leads close later.

Landing page optimisation

Ads go to pages built for the search behind them: one offer, one action, fast to load. Changes are tested, not guessed.

Local and call campaigns

Location extensions, call ads and Google Business Profile integration for businesses that want calls and visits. Local Services Ads set up where the category is eligible.

Microsoft Ads

Proven Google campaigns imported and adapted for Bing, where the audience is smaller and clicks often cost less.

How we work

  1. Account and tracking audit

We review structure, search terms, spend distribution and conversion setup, and fix tracking before changing anything else.

  2. Rebuild or restructure

Campaigns are organised around your services and margins, with budgets set by what a lead is worth to you.

  3. Optimise weekly

Search terms, bids, ads and budgets are reviewed every week. Waste is cut and what works gets more budget.

  4. Report monthly

You see spend, leads, cost per lead and, where we can track it, revenue. No impressions-and-clicks padding.

What you receive

  • An account audit with wasted spend identified
  • Working conversion tracking for forms, calls and sales
  • A restructured account with documented settings
  • Weekly optimisation and a change log
  • A monthly report on cost per lead and return

Who it suits

  • Businesses that need leads now, while SEO builds
  • Accounts that have grown without a clear structure
  • Local services where calls matter most
  • Online stores running Shopping and Performance Max

What it costs

Management is a monthly fee based on the number of campaigns and the level of spend, separate from the ad budget you pay Google directly. We will recommend a starting budget based on click costs in your market. The ad account stays in your name. Ask for a quote on the contact page.

Questions we are asked

How much should I spend on Google Ads?
It depends on what a click costs in your market and how many leads you need. A rough guide: divide your target cost per lead by your expected conversion rate to see what you can afford per click, then set a budget that buys enough clicks each month to judge performance.
How quickly do Google Ads work?
Ads can show within a day of approval. Expect the first four to eight weeks to be a learning period while the account gathers data and we refine targeting.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. Campaigns are built in an account registered to your business, and you keep full access and all the data if we stop working together.
Is PPC better than SEO?
Neither is better; they behave differently. PPC is immediate and stops when you stop paying. SEO is slower and keeps working. Most businesses use ads for immediate demand while organic visibility builds.
What are Local Services Ads?
They are pay-per-lead ads shown above standard search ads for eligible local service categories, with a Google verification badge. They are run separately from standard Google Ads and suit trades and professional services.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We can control how well the account is built and managed, not how many people search or what competitors bid. We commit to transparent reporting on what the spend produced.
